I'm a freelance writer who specializes in creating well-researched, quality marketing content for B2B technology companies. I create marketing content and technical content that:
Demonstrates thought leadership
Attracts target audiences
Increases brand awareness
I help B2B technology companies ensure that marketing channels have fresh content that is unique, relevant, and resonates with target audiences. And I can articulate sophisticated technological concepts in a way that is simple for audiences to consume and understand.
From Web Developer to Freelance Writer
Before becoming a full-time freelance writer, I was a web developer, creating websites for clients using a variety of scripting and markup languages. While I enjoy coding and experimenting with different languages, especially JavaScript, writing has always been my passion.
Midway through my web development career, I started writing tutorials for a popular web developer tutorial website. The tutorials led to an opportunity to write for ProgrammableWeb, formerly the top source of news and information about APIs. I was a freelance contributor to the API news site for almost seven years. At the end of 2014, I decided to become a full-time freelance writer. MuleSoft retired the ProgrammableWeb website in February 2023.
My background as a web developer sharpened my ability to research and understand complex technological concepts. And my technical background and lifelong passion for writing allow me to write marketing content for a wide range of technical audiences.
